writer's block
I don't know any way to get rid of writer's block other than to just write words and more words. Tell me that isn't what Shakespeare was doing in Hamlet. The greatest testament to Western literary thought as an exercise in writing one's self out of a rut. Words, words, words...

Winter Menu
Hors Doeuvres - (I'm done with apostrophes for that word, I ain't French.)
- Gravlax with sour apple relish
- Mini-Pork Meatballs with cayenne-maple tomato glaze.
First Course -
Romaine and mixed Greens with shaved beets, Walnuts and bleu cheese w/ Balsamic Clementine Drizzle
Second Course -
Tilapia wtih Black bean and Corn.
Third Course - Orange glazed Duck with bacon brussel Sprouts
and seasoned roated root vegetables.
Fourth Course - Apple Pear Cranberry crumble with Smoked Paprika / vanilla Ice Cream.
You Pick the wine pairings, but I want a Malbec with the Duck.

I'm loving Lentils lately. About to have a bowl of Lentil and Grilled Chicken Soup.

1 bowl Corn Pops w/ 2% milk
1 serving Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Honey dijon vinaigrette
1 Peanut butter and Jelly on a roll
1 package fruit snacks
1 granola bar
3 Saranac beers
1.5 glasses red wine
4 deviled eggs
1 ear of corn
1 Bratwurst
2 servings Cole Slaw
1.5 servings Banana Cake with Chocolate Icing
On a positive note, I didn't eat the ENTIRE Earth, just most of it.
Tomorrow will be a better day.
